The ALLCOCK family was from England, Great Britain, possibly from Hampshire. Although nothing is known about the generation preceeding Lillian ALLCOCK's, three children from the family have been found, but Lillian is known to have corresponded with sisters in England.

Lillian ALLCOCK was born 1 Jul 1873 in England. She married William John BODDICE cir 1891 in England, approximately one year before crossing the Atlantic to the United States. They settled in the Pittsburgh area before the turn of the century, residing cir 1893 in Monessen, Westmoreland Co, Pennsylvania. Lillian and William had at least nine children, listed with their father.
