Ida Rachel BLOOM was the daughter of David BLOOM. She was born circa Aug 1857 in Maryland. She married John Thomas BAILEY, the son of (--?--) BAILEY and Barbara TAYLOR, on 5 Nov 1891 in Baltimore, Maryland. Ida and David had four children, listed with their father.

Ida Rachel (BLOOM) BAILEY died on 11 Mar 1905.
