Nancy Caroline Salyer was the daughter of Reuben SALYER and Mary POWERS. She was born circa 1866 in Russell Co, Virginia. She married John H. ROSE, son of Robert Vance "Robin" ROSE and Elizabeth POWERS, on 20 Dec 1884 in Dickenson Co, Virginia. Nancy Caroline and John had at least five children. Their children are listed under John H. ROSE.

Nancy Caroline Salyer married again to Will SKEENE on 27 Apr 1905 at Dickenson Co, Virginia. Nancy Caroline and Will had at least three children:
